Privacy & Cookie Policy
Last updated: 29 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data HRServices collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you control the analytics cookies we use. It covers this website only — separate terms apply to client engagements.
Your current cookie choice
You have not made a choice yet — analytics cookies are off by default.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser (key hrs-cookie-consent) and applies to this device and browser only.
Who is responsible for your data
HRServices (hrservices.lt), Lithuania, acts as the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. For any privacy question or request, write to ilona@hrservices.lt.
What data we collect
- Enquiry forms. Your name, email, company (where given), phone or WhatsApp number (where given) and the message or situation details you choose to share.
- Direct contact. Anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Analytics data — only if you accept analytics cookies. This covers pages viewed, referring source, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and interactions such as button clicks and scroll depth.
- Technical logs. Standard server logs generated by our hosting provider to keep the site available and secure.
We do not ask for special category data through this website. Please do not include health, biometric, or other sensitive details in a web form — we will collect those only through a secure channel when an engagement genuinely requires it.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and provide advisory services — legitimate interest, and steps taken at your request prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).
- To understand how the site is used and improve it — your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Analytics never runs before you opt in.
- To keep the site secure and meet accounting or legal obligations — legitimate interest and legal obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(c)).
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
How your analytics consent choice works
- On your first visit, Google Consent Mode v2 loads with every consent signal set to denied. Nothing is stored on your device and no analytics event is sent.
- If you select Accept analytics, analytics storage is enabled and page views and interaction events start being reported to Google Analytics.
- If you select Decline, the denial is remembered and no analytics cookies or events are created.
- You can change your mind at any time using the buttons at the top of this page. A withdrawal takes effect immediately for future collection; it does not delete aggregated statistics already recorded.
- Clearing your browser storage removes your saved choice, so the banner will appear again on your next visit.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client correspondence and records: for the duration of the engagement and afterwards as required by Lithuanian accounting and limitation rules.
- Google Analytics data: retained on Google's standard retention setting.
- Your cookie choice: kept in your browser until you clear it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Email ilona@hrservices.lt and we will respond within one month. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our data practices or the tools we use change. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
